The villa has a terrace on both sides with plenty of sun. When you feel like shade, you can move under the big sun screen. For our little guests there is a lot of room to play, while the adults can comfortably enjoy the view towards the sea and the warm sunshine.
The living room and bedrooms are luxuriously decorated. Both bathrooms with toilet (one with a bath tub) and the kitchen are fully equipped. There is free WIFI and air conditioning. The surrounding park is also lovely; the swimming pool is at 100m (and can be admired from the terrace) and has a child pool, room to sun and a playground for the little ones. At 500m you have the luxurious and craved 18 hole "Golf resort Bonalba"

Do you want to enjoy the sun, the sea, the good food in a quiet atmosphere, or discover Benidorm, Alicante or Valencia? This villa is the ideal spot for all of that. The house from 2005 is totally renovated in 2017 and is ideally located between the vibrant spots Alicante and Benidorm.
It's a 20 min drive from Alicante airport, though also Murcia airport (1 hr) is nearby. The villa is well suited to the elder, but also loved by families. There is plenty of room for 6 persons.
The house has a car port to hide the car from the sun. Ideally for trips in this lovely region!
